Blackcap raspberry and orange-peel aromas arrive first, followed by earthy notes of oregano, rosemary and wet cedar bark. This is a medium-bodied Pinot Noir, where the moderate acidity and grippy tannins support damson plum, strawberry and cinnamon flavors.

*Spring Valley is owned by Chateau Saint Michelle.
Spring Valley Vineyard's Frederick Red Blend is a Bordeaux-style wine with a blend of 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Franc, and 16% Syrah123. The wine is medium to full-bodied, with firm tannins and a solid core of sweet fruit1. The flavors include dark fruit balanced by juicy tannins, with a finish of mineral and herbal notes3.

Chardonnay & White Blends
-
Aromas of white guava, gooseberries, freshly mown grass , kaffir lime and lemongrass. The entry of the 2023 Blank Stare is dominated by mouthwatering acidity and hints of lemon-lime sorbet, starfruit, kiwi and grapefruit rind. A touch of crème fraiche as the palate transitions to a close is met with bright notes of key lime pie and pointed, satiating acidity.

This wine is 50% Viognier from the Bien Nacido Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley, and 50% Chardonnay from the Reeves Vineyard in the Edna Valley. Because it comes from two different appellations it carries the more broadly defined Central Coast AVA. Part of Bien Nacido, that is included in the Santa Maria Valley AVA, is actually in San Luis Obispo County, and the Viognier is from that part, right behind the winery.
This wine is all about the character of ultra ripe Viognier, which dominates the aromas of the wine with ripe peaches, honeysuckle and lychee nuts. The Chardonnay plays a critical supporting role in the wine, giving it freshness, acidity and balancing the alcohol. The aromas carry over into the flavors.

The 2023 Alsatian Blend is composed of 50% Pinot Gris, 30% Pinot Blanc, 10% Gewurztraminer, and 10% Riesling. It sails out with bright, breezy scents of fresh grapefruit, white peaches, and green apples, followed by fragrant hints of roses, coriander seed, and honeysuckle. The dry, medium-bodied palate delivers vibrant citrus and apple layers with a racy backbone and long perfumed finish.

Aromas of apple and citrus blossoms, honeysuckle, and wet stones. Flavors of lemons, peaches, and sea foam.
Small production of only 3,100 cases!
Composition: Tocai Friulano 43%, Ribolla Gialla 34%, Chardonnay 23%.
Our flagship white wine blend is sourced from small vineyards around the Napa Valley. The three grape varietals, Tocai Friulano, Ribolla Gialla and Chardonnay, are harvested separately and fermented independently in French Oak and stainless steel tanks until blending six weeks before bottling. The Tocai and Ribolla build the aroma and flavor profile of the wine, while the Chardonnay adds to the wine’s structure. Annia is fresh and subtle and fulfills the promise set forth years ago to bottle memorable white wines unique among the wines of California.

The wine opens with warm savory aromatics and is followed with lemon and pear in the background. It’s distinctly Chardonnay. New oak has been used sparingly to enhance the wine with subtle tones, rather than dominate it.
-
Hailing from the coveted Carneros reign, this wine leads with zesty lemon and guava aromas that are tempered by notes of vanilla and caramel covered apples. Delicious layers of nutmeg and crème brûlée seamlessly combine with hints of toasted oak and elegant waves of fresh acidity on the palate, leading to a bright finish.

100% Chardonnay
Opens with enticing aromatics of tropical fruit, tangerine, and a hint of honeysuckle. On the palate, it presents a bright and vibrant profile, with a natural lift from its fresh fruit flavors and lively acidity. The tropical and citrus notes are complemented by a subtle brioche character, while the oak imparts a pleasant roundness, bringing balance and weight to the wine.
